Havelock Statue in London

Major-General Sir Henry Havelock was one of Britain's most important soldiers involved
with India. He was responsible for the recapture of Cawnpore from Indian rebels during The Indian Mutiny of 1857. He was born on April 5, 1795 and died November 29, 1857. A statue of him has been erected on Trafalgar Square.
